2009/2010 Players: As a result of the overwhelming interest among those born in the 2009/2010 birth year, we regret to inform you that NOT all players will be able to participate on Sunday in the posted evaluation sessions. The list of players in the 2009/2010 age group who will continue to Sunday at the 8:30am & 11:00am sessions will be posted Saturday evening. The remaining players will be invited to participate in a skill session 7:15am to 8:45am Sunday morning. Please note, having cuts through TAC is a common practice when numbers are this high. We are thankful we could add another development session for the players not selected to carry on. |

TAHA is pleased to announce that the 2024 Girls’ Texas Affiliate Camp ("TAC") will be held as follows:
DATES - Sat/Mar 16 - Sun/Mar 17, 2024
LOCATION - Children's Health StarCenter - Valley Ranch, 211 Cowboys Parkway, Irving, TX 75063
SCHEDULE - Click HERE.
- Registrants may expect to be on the ice as early as 11:15am CST, Sat/Mar 16, 2024, and skate twice on Saturday and twice on Sunday.
- All on-ice sessions shall be completed by 2:00pm CST, Sun/Mar 17, 2024.
OBJECTIVE - To:
- Select a limited number of players at each position in the (17's) 2007, (16's) 2008, and (15's) 2009 age groups to represent TAHA at the Rocky Mountain District Player Development Camp (RMD PDC) currently scheduled to be held in May 17-19, 2024, at Children's Health StarCenter - Plano, Plano, TX. The RMD PDC camp link, once available, will be updated/included on this site.
- 2010 (14's) who participate at TAC will be eligible to be chosen to move onto the Multi-District Camp to be held June 27-30, 2024, in Henderson, NV. Said camp link, once available, will be updated/included on this site.
- Expose Girls to experienced hockey coaches, from outside the States of Texas and Oklahoma, who will serve as the TAC evaluators.
ELIGIBILITY - All eligible players are encouraged to attend. To be eligible to participate, each TAC participant MUST:
- be born in one of the following birth years: 2007, 2008, 2009, or 2010.
- BE A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES as at the date of registration.
- have official permanent residence in the State of Texas or the State of Oklahoma.
- be in good standing with her Association and with TAHA/USAH.
REGISTRATION
- To register for TAC, Players will need a 2023-24 USAH Player Registration Confirmation Number. If you need to locate that number, click HERE to request a Duplicate Registration Confirmation.
- Registration will open to all eligible participants at 9:00am CST, Tues/Feb 20, 2024.
- Registrants are reminded that all data submitted MUST BE ACCURATE – ESPECIALLY the email address.
- Registration will close 11:59pm CST, Sat/Mar 9, 2024.
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION
- COST - $180 (online payment). Registration fees are non-refundable; all payment transactions are final.
- RMD PDC & MULTI-DISTRICT CAMP COMMITMENT - Potential participants need be reminded/advised that by registering for TAC, they are also committing (if selected to advance) to attend the camps as set forth above.
- TAC CAMP DETAILS - Camp details (check-in times, assigned teams, etc.) shall be communicated by 11:59pm CST, Mon/Mar 11, 2024, directly to those players registered for TAC.
- PLAYER SELECTIONS - Players selected to advance to the above-mentioned camps, respectively, will be posted on the TAHA website by 6:00pm CST, Mon/Mar 18, 2024.
