ANDY TOPPIN INVITED TO 2017 USA HOCKEY SLED HOCKEY SELECT CAMP
STARskaters Houston is proud to announce this year, Team Captain Andy Toppin has been invited to join some of the most promising Sled Hockey players in the country at the USA Hockey National Select Sled Camp this July in Buffalo.
Andy has been playing less than two years and makes weekly trips to San Antonio and Austin to get extra ice time in to improve his game.
Andy received the Purple Heart while serving in the US Army. He lost his leg in Iraq due to a rocket which struck the truck he was driving.
Andy was named the Texas Sled Snipers Captain for the 2017 USA Hockey Disabled Festival in San Jose for the Houston.
